Our story
Premium lighting, meticulously done
Chess Lighting Co. was founded right here in the Kansas City area on a simple idea: exterior lighting should be beautiful, effortless, and done to a standard you'd be proud to point at from the curb.
We treat every installation like it's our own home or business — clean wiring, precise placement, and a finish that looks as sharp up close as it does from the street. From holiday displays to year-round architectural lighting on homes and commercial properties, the standard never changes.
As a locally owned operation, we're not a faceless franchise. When you hire us, you're hiring your neighbors — and our reputation in this community is everything.
